In the summer I was honoured to interview celebrity chef, Vikram Vij. He is the owners of a few hot-spot restaurants in BC and Washington state and one of the celebrity judes appearing on Canada’s Next Top Chef. I am holding one his new unique drinks that he sells at his recently opened Vancouver food truck. It’s called a mango lassi and it is essentially a yogurt drink in a bag - you can hold it up by a string and it won’t spill! My motto is be spontaneous and always be up top try something new :)
